My approach to organisational support

Every sporting organisation is different, whether you are a sports club, school, performance programme, or charity. As such, I offer my services in a flexible and adaptable format.

We will discuss the various opportunities available with regard to psychology support and integrate the services into a package*, bespoke to your organisation and priorities.

Example monthly package;

How does it work?

Service fees

Due to the bespoke and adaptable nature of the services I offer to organisations, fees are variable. For organisations, I charge a monthly fee which includes specific services and commitments.

Please get in touch to discuss your organisation's aims with regard to psychology support and we will develop a package which is both effective and affordable.

  • 10 hours 1-1 athlete support

  • 4 hours on-site observation

  • 4 hours collaboration with stakeholders (e.g., coaches)

  • 90-minute educational talk

  • 60-minute team-building workshop

Please note: I ask for a minimum initial commitment of three months as it takes time to develop strong relationships and performance interventions take time and consistent effort to show results, rather than providing immediate "fixes".
